35ml J&B Rare Whisky
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
10ml Egg White
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Maraschino cherry
SHAKE 35ml J&B Rare, 10ml lemon juice,10ml sugar syrup, 10ml pasteurised egg white and 3 dashes Angostura Bitters in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a black maraschino cherry
