Before committing, it is important we understand each client’s requirements and preferences to ensure our service is a suitable choice.

Once a decision has been reached, we require each client to complete the following steps - review and sign our contract, transfer the membership fee and provide the relevant identity documents.

As a new Berkeley member, you will begin with a welcome call/meeting led by one of our experienced matchmakers, we will talk you through the service, answer any further questions you may have and ask that you complete a short but essential questionnaire. Throughout your membership you will work closely with your matchmaker to ensure this key relationship is nurtured and a personal, tailored service is offered. We will be available to speak/meet at all times whilst maintaining a service that is both convenient and discreet.

With the information we have gathered we will create your profile, a 2/3 paragraph overview that will provide any prospective introduction with an accurate idea of who they will be meeting.

After approving your profile, it’s time to begin the introductions. We will first exchange profiles with a suitable match, should both parties agree to meet we swap contact details and encourage the gentlemen to arrange the introduction – traditional, simple and highly effective!

After each introduction we require detailed feedback, this is a crucial part to the process and will allow us to consistently ensure we are fulfilling our client’s requests.

With a success rate of 80% across the year, for the majority of our clients their goal of finding love is achieved.
